Time has come to Slash Property Taxes – A new reform – Proposition 13 doesn’t make sense. When homes were worth $30,000 to $50,000, that property tax formula made sense. However, when homes are 250,000-$1,000,000+ valuations, that formula doesn’t make sense. It should be based on a different percentage or square footage basis.
