As home owners get older and are not income generators, they cannot afford any increases in property taxes. In fact, the high property tax is not logical when they haven’t sold their home to pay that high illusional rate. The high rate is charged although the home owner hasn’t generated any sale to afford that increasing property tax rate!!!
